What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong design background and the ability to lead projects from concept through execution. You should be passionate about architecture, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and planning for residential and commercial projects
• Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Prepare material specifications and documentation
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
✔ Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
✔ Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
✔ Good communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
