Job Title - Senior Architect

Projects - Commercial, Residential and Institutional

Required Skills & Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4 - 10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit, ArchicadD5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite will be add on.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Job Description –

1.Design Development & Execution:

• Lead the design process
• Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.

2.Project Coordination & Collaboration:

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants.
• Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.

3.Technical Expertise & Quality Control:

• Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details
• Conduct periodic site visits
• Ensure the progress, accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation.

4.Deliverable Planning & Execution:

• Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials.
• Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion
• Flag any scheduling discrepancies

5.Team Support & Mentorship:

• Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.

6.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Support client presentations and participate in design discussions.
• Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
