Senior Architect

This role is for someone who thinks like an architect, leads like an owner, and executes with precision. If you need supervision, reassurance, or emotional cushioning this is not for you.

We’re building intelligent, detail-driven environments where design, function and discipline align. The Senior Architect is expected to take ownership of projects end-to-end strategy, technical depth, coordination, foresight, and delivery.

You will be trusted with autonomy and held accountable for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior projects from concept to execution no loose ends, no dependency mindset.
• Drive design intent with clarity, logic and technical maturity, not decoration, not guesswork.
• Produce precise drawings, details, specifications and BOQs with accuracy that is non-negotiable.
• Anticipate site challenges early, solve problems before they become crises.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors, assertively and professionally.
• Maintain documentation discipline, decisions, revisions, site deviations, everything recorded.
• Mentor junior team members, raise standards, don’t babysit.
• Represent SKAID’s design ethos in client discussions confident, grounded, outcome-focused.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture
• 7–12 years of experience in architecture / interiors
• Strong command over:
• construction detailing
• services coordination
• material knowledge
• working drawings
• site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and relevant tools
• Proven experience handling premium residential/commercial projects
