Senior Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to build and lead our in-house Architecture & Design department from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Director, you will define the design philosophy of the group, deliver iconic projects, and scale a high-performing team as we expand rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete architectural design cycle – concept, master planning, municipal submissions, working drawings, GFC, and tender documents.

Drive design for high-rise (G+20 to G+50), podium + tower, villa, commercial, and redevelopment projects.

Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of architects, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers (current team of 4, scaling quickly).

Be the single point of contact for clients, promoters, structural/MEP/landscape/façade consultants, and approval authorities.

Secure all statutory approvals (NMMC, CIDCO, High-Rise Committee, MOEF, Fire NOC, Airport Authority, RERA, etc.).

Oversee BOQ, cost control, value engineering, and implementation of BIM (Revit) workflows.

Ensure design intent is executed perfectly on site through close coordination with project & liaisoning teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
