Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Jalandhar branch for a night shift role. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural planning, design coordination, drawings, and project support, primarily aligned with international timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design and planning
• Prepare and review:
• Architectural drawings
• Layouts
• Elevations
• Working drawings
• Coordinate with:
• Project managers
• Consultants
• Internal teams
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards
• Review junior architects’ work and provide guidance
• Handle client coordination (as required)
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project updates
• Support project execution and documentation

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience as an Architect (Senior-level)
• Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Revit
• 3D visualization tools (preferred)
• Good understanding of:
• Construction detailing
• Materials
• Site coordination
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working on international or large-scale projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willing to work night shift from office

Pay: ₹30,835.31 - ₹96,858.28 per month
