Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage architectural design reviews, development, and approvals for assigned project.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior architects, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to design intent
• Coordinate architectural design with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams.
• Ensure design integrity is maintained from concept through construction.

Authority Liaison & Compliance

• Coordinate authority submissions and approvals in Dubai and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Liaise with authorities, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar, and others.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Review and address authority comments in coordination with other disciplines

Technical & Project Coordination

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material submittals for technical compliance.
• Manage RFIs, design clarifications, and support tender evaluations when required.
• Attend site inspections, review progress, and provide architectural supervision input.
• Coordinatewith clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in architectural consultancy, with strong UAE/Dubai authority approval experience.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior architects.
• In-depth knowledge of authority submission procedures and standards (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
