About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect with 8–10 years of professional experience in Dubai, primarily within architectural consultancy firms. The candidate should have proven expertise in handling large-scale projects and leading design development from concept through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development across all project stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, and tender documentation)
• Manage and coordinate large-scale projects, ensuring design quality and compliance with project requirements
• Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and external consultants
• Liaise with authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project approvals and execution
• Ensure compliance with local authority and international design standards
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
• Professional registration or membership (preferred)
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Dubai
• Strong experience in architectural consultancy firms handling large-scale projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use, etc.)

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Revit is a must
• Strong knowledge of design development, construction detailing, and documentation
• Experience in BIM workflows and coordination
• Good understanding of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes
