Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead design projects, oversee architectural planning, and ensure excellence in execution. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s design philosophy and delivering world-class projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and quality.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s building codes, sustainability standards, and international best practices.
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and reports for clients and leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering creativity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of sustainable design, urban planning, and modern architectural trends.
• Professional licensure or certification preferred.
