Cloud & DevOps Lead

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & DevOps Lead to drive cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and team leadership across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, strong multi-cloud exposure to AWS and GCP, and proven experience leading teams of Cloud and DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Cloud & DevOps engineers, ensuring best practices and delivery excellence
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available Azure architecture
• Manage and configure:
• Azure Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet/FortiWeb
• Load Balancers, Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door, CDN
• Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust)
• VPNs (Site-to-Site, Point-to-Site)
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
• Terraform
• ARM templates
• Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Ansible
• Deploy and manage AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) environments
• Work on Azure AI services and modern cloud-native solutions
• Collaborate with development teams (.NET, Laravel, Drupal)
• Prepare and maintain:
• High-Level Design (HLD)
• Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Architecture diagrams
• Ensure security, cost optimization, performance tuning, and resource governance
• Act as a technical decision-maker and stakeholder communicator
• Take end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
• Implement and manage cloud security solutions including Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities across cloud environments
• Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerts, and dashboards

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure and Team Leadership
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, with exposure to AWS and GCP

• Kubernetes: AKS
• IaC: Terraform, ARM templates
• DevOps: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible
• Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts
• Azure AI services
• Strong understanding of hybrid networking and VPN configurations (on prem networking certificates such CCNA/CCNP is a plus)
