Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project delivery from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design development, project coordination, and site supervision, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from conceptual design to detailed execution drawings.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain design integrity throughout all project stages.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, workmanship, and adherence to approved drawings.
• Support project management activities including timelines, coordination, and technical documentation.
• Resolve design and construction-related issues efficiently during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6–10 years of UAE experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, authority regulations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Other architectural visualization/design tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Telugu speakers preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
