Kingswood Techincal Services is seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site and office-based role for a high-calibre professional with strong architectural expertise, interior design capability, and the ability to deliver exceptional quality across luxury residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the design and execution process, from concept development and site inspections to client coordination and final project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, technical drawings, and detailed design packages
• Produce high-quality interior design renditions, mood boards, and visual presentations
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, inspect conditions, and ensure all drawings align accurately with on-site realities
• Prepare architectural drawings, site documentation, sketches, and illustrations as required
• Coordinate and verify measurements, dimensions, and construction details
• Attend project and client meetings while representing the company professionally
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
• Review and amend drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest level of quality, precision, and presentation
• Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture layouts, and interior detailing
• Maintain organised project documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong architectural design and technical drawing skills
• Proven ability to create high-quality interior design renderings and presentations
• Excellent understanding of site coordination and construction detailing
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, finishes, and detailing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Professional appearance, presentation, and conduct
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working on luxury residential or high-end commercial projects
• Strong aesthetic sense and design sensitivity
• Ability to produce creative yet practical design solutions
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and site practices is an advantage
• Passion for delivering exceptional design and execution quality
