Position 1: Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of architectural design and detailed working drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Development of concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and project standards
• Coordinate architectural design with Structural and MEP teams to ensure clash-free, integrated designs
• Review and respond to design comments from clients, consultants, and authorities
• Revise and update drawings based on coordination and approval comments
• Prepare and manage documentation for authority submissions and NOC approvals
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for architectural works
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical clarifications
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of architectural outputs

Position 2: Architectural Draftsman

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed architectural drawings
• Plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Drafting using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit Architecture is an added advantage)
• Coordinate with architects and other disciplines for accurate drawing production
• Update drawings based on design changes and coordination comments
• Prepare authority-compliant architectural drawings for UAE projects

Requirements

• Qualification:
• Senior Architect: B.Arch
• Architectural Draftsman: Diploma in Architecture / Civil
• Experience: Minimum 5 years and above in architectural design/drafting
• UAE project experience will be a strong advantage
• Software Skills:
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit Architecture (added advantage)
• Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Photoshop is a plus
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Good coordination, detailing, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
