Senior Architect - Corporate/Commercial Interiors

Role Overview:

The Senior Architect will lead the design process, coordinate between clients and project teams, and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate and commercial interior design projects end-to-end.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, and GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Review construction drawings and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Mentor junior architects and visualizers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Handle client presentations and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 5–7 years of experience in corporate/commercial interiors.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and project documentation.
• Excellent client communication and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of MEP integration and material specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
