Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

Minimum 20 to 25 years working experience at Qatar and GCC.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Expert in developing Architectural Concept Design for different projects in Doha ( Compound, Palace, Villas, Residential, Government offices, High rise buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings etc.…).

• Produce high-quality, innovative concept designs that align with project goals, local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Project management experience.

• Expert in Free Hand Sketching

• Strong leadership and collaborative skills and participate with design competition and aim to win it.

• Client and consultant coordination ability.

• Expert in all building regulations and requirements for government /municipality process.

• Presentation expertise.

• Expert in Architectural Concept design and expert in AutoCAD, 3D MAX , Vray, graphic software and other related Architectural software and design platforms.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills and meet client satisfaction.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.

• Follow up with architectural team to achieve design project success from concept design to completion.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.

• Driving License is advantage.
