Senior Architect / Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Designer with fit-out experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative interior and architectural solutions across various company divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of client requirements, design trends, and industry standards, along with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Conceptualization:

• Visualize and propose concept designs for all company divisions.
• Develop 2D and 3D renders based on client briefs, ensuring designs meet client satisfaction and deadlines.
• Produce detailed technical drawings (TDs) and submission drawings for décor projects as per industry standards.
• Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals aligned with client requirements, building usage, and environmental considerations.
• Keep abreast of architectural and interior design trends, introducing innovative ideas within the team.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Control and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality, functional, and innovative design outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external contractors for décor and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate activities across design, production, projects, and sales teams.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to standards, and report updates to management.
• Ensure projects remain within budget, timelines, and comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Documentation & Quality Assurance:

• Produce detailed blueprints, technical specifications, and make necessary corrections as required.
• Compile comprehensive project documentation and maintain records of design changes.

Team Contribution & Professional Development:

• Actively contribute to the team’s workflow, providing guidance and support to colleagues when necessary.
• Take on new responsibilities assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all work-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong client-handling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
