Senior Architect –Fit-Out projects (Saudi National)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Architect (Saudi National) with a strong background in high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical expertise, and creativity in delivering premium-quality design solutions.

Candidates must have 7–10 years of GCC experience in the fit-out sector and be willing to transfer or register under our company.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural designs for luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables, including concept layouts, detailed drawings, and 3D presentations.
• Ensure all project designs align with client requirements, brand standards, and aesthetic expectations.

Technical Coordination

• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, Architecture engineers, and consultants to ensure full design integration.
• Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and on-site challenges efficiently.

Project Management

• Manage design workflows, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Participate in project meetings, design workshops, and site coordination sessions.
• Monitor on-site project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Present design proposals, material selections, and project updates professionally.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all architectural works comply with local building regulations, safety codes, and project requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and maintain premium finishing standards.
• Review and assess material samples, mock-ups, and prototype installations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (required).
• Minimum 7–10 years of GCC experience in high-end fit-out projects, including luxury retail, hospitality, corporate, or residential sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury fit-out design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of local codes, authority submission requirements, and fit-out best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
