Full Job Description

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect with extensive experience in contracting and hotel construction projects to join our team in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hospitality (hotel) projects, with hands-on experience in managing architectural aspects from design through execution on-site. This role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design and execution for hotel/hospitality projects
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and approve shop drawings, construction drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and design issues
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and site teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with strong contracting company background
• Proven experience in hotel / hospitality construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Good understanding of UAE authority approvals and regulations
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels or resort projects
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred
• Professional certifications are an advantage
