Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Landscape Architect with 15+ years of expertise in landscape planning, grafting, designing, and project execution. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) and have strong landscape architecture knowledge. You will lead high-value landscape projects, guide teams, and ensure design excellence aligned with environmental and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end landscape architecture projects, from concept to execution.
• Apply expertise in plant grafting, horticulture techniques, and landscape integration.
• Develop innovative landscape concepts, planting plans, hardscape/softscape layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) for design modeling, coordination, and documentation.
• Conduct site analysis, topographic studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, horticulturists, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental standards, and landscape regulations.
• Review landscape drawings and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and material selection.
• Provide expert guidance on plant health, grafting techniques, and sustainable landscape development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, designing, and grafting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
• In-depth knowledge of plant grafting, horticulture, softscape & hardscape planning.
• Strong understanding of grading, irrigation, site planning, and environmental sustainability.
• Ability to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary landscape projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
