Senior Architect | Luxury Projects

Job description:

We’re looking for a Senior Architect to lead high-profile, luxury developments across the UAE — someone who can take a project from first concept to final handover and still sleep at night knowing the approvals went through cleanly.

This role is for architects who don’t just design beautifully, but deliver intelligently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading all design stages — Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC & Handover
• Driving innovative, buildable, and sustainable design solutions
• Managing luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Coordinating with MEP, structural, landscape, and specialist consultants
• Handling UAE authority approvals (DM, DCD, DEWA, Trakhees, DMCC, etc.)
• Championing BIM workflows using Revit, BIM360, Navisworks
• Mentoring design teams and maintaining high technical and design standards
• Presenting confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring sustainability compliance (Al Sa’fat, Estidama, LEED)

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
• 5+ years in the UAE
• Proven experience on luxury / high-end projects
• Strong authority approval experience (high-rise exposure is a big plus)
• Expert-level Revit, solid AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino
• BIM coordination experience (BIM360 / Navisworks)
• Parametric design exposure (Grasshopper)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools & VR/AR presentations
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and project management skills
