Senior Architect / Project Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Architect / Project Manager will lead the delivery of Luxury Design & Build projects with a strong focus on Technical design, construction execution, site coordination, and project control. The role bridges design intent and on-site implementation, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities - Technical Design coordination, Construction & Project Delivery

• Manage projects from design development through construction and handover
• Coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, budgets, and cash flow
• Review construction methodologies, sequencing, and shop drawings
• Resolve site issues, RFIs, variations, and technical challenges
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

Design Coordination

• Ensure design intent is maintained during construction
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist works
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
• Lead value engineering and construction reviews

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary client contact during construction
• Lead site meetings and progress reviews
• Manage client expectations, changes, and approvals

Commercial & Contractual Support

• Support cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Review variations, claims, and change orders
• Ensure scope alignment between design, construction, and contracts

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience, primarily in Luxury Design & Build construction projects
• Strong background in site supervision and construction coordination
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong construction knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and site coordination abilities
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and building codes
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Project Management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
