Seero Engineering Consulting is looking for an immediate hiring:
Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Duties:

Technical:
•Communicate and follow-up projects with MME engineers.
•Being familiar with the BPS and apply for DC1, DC2 approvals.
•Prepare all architectural design drawings and reports.
•Apply Qatar Civil Defense Department codes.
•Prepare all fire life safety plans.
•Apply Municipalities guidelines and requirements.
•Prepare all architectural design stages (conceptual, schematic, detailed, IFC, BoQ).
•Knowledgeable in developing concept designs.

Managerial:
•Submit project related documents to authorities.
•Communicate and follow up with external and internal designers.
•Communicate and follow up with authorities.
•Supervise the team members' work and progress.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in architectural engineering from an accredited university.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in any related field.
•Grade “A” in MME registration.

Soft skills:
•Fluent in English; both speaking and writing.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
•Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
•Ability to set priorities and work in team.
•Time management.

Computer skills:
•Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
•Excellent in AutoCAD.
•Excellent in data organization.

• Grade A Architectural Engineering License in Qatar? (Required)
