Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 7-15 years of relevant experience, preferably within a consultancy or construction background in the Middle East.
• Licensing: A valid professional architecture license and often a valid Municipality Classification (UPDA – Grade A or B) are required in Qatar.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in design and drafting software, including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM implementation processes, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills are essential.
