Silver Heights Engineering Consultants is looking to Hire a Senior Architect in Dubai Office

Responsibilities:

• Handle Architectural activities
• Authorities Submission in Dubai ( DM – DCD – TRAKHESS – DDA …etc)
• Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.
• Coordinate with clients and various authorities.
• Attend Site Meeting and Authority Inspections.
• Architectural Drawings and Interior Design
• Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
• Reply to site RFIs for Architectural queries.
• Leadership and managing team Member
• Team Leadership – MEP & Structural: Skilled in managing and supervising dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Structural engineering teams, ensuring high-quality design development, interdisciplinary coordination, and timely deliverables.
• Office & Project Management: Effective management of day-to-day office operations, workload planning, team coordination, documentation control, and client communication.
• Financial Planning & Budget Oversight: Preparation and review of project budgets, cost estimates, resource allocation plans, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved financial parameters.

Skills & Qualifications:

• UAE Driving License
• Expert in CAD
• Expert in Architect Software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• +8 Years Experience
• SOE Registration ( Preferable)
• DM Architect G+4 (Must)
• Abu Dhabi Municipality experience ( Preferable)
• Leadership Skills
• +8 Years experience of managing Engineering Team

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: Start from AED7,000.00 per month
