Senior Architect/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution
• Prepare and evaluate BOQs, cost estimations, and budgeting for projects
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity, quality control, and timely execution
• Ensure thorough material knowledge and advise on appropriate selections for aesthetics, durability, and cost
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain execution standards
• Manage client presentations, feedback, and approvals
• Implement effective quality assurance practices throughout the design and build process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior design
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, costings, and budget plans
• Demonstrated design sense and aesthetic judgment
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Must have own conveyance and be willing to travel to project sites regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
