Our award-winning team is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer with expertise in luxury residential design to help shape the future of our practice. Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of unique and inspiring high-end residential designs that excite and delight our clients while transforming the way they live.
• Take ownership by elevating design and craft at the highest level, offering beautifully customized outcomes, and growing a portfolio of work that reflects both talent and vision in a robust luxury residential market.
• Create and champion high-quality design solutions that blend craft, authenticity, innovation, and real-world constructability.
• Have meaningful impact at an organizational level by influencing and elevating design solutions across the portfolio while guiding and inspiring a growing team.
• Being client-facing, the Sr. Residential Architectural Designer will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Feinmann experience through conceptual, design, and development phases.
• Inform outcomes by exploring varied solutions that maintain design excellence across all price points.
• Actively share your luxury design expertise and collaborate with firm leadership to drive successful business development and project outcomes.
• Think and communicate visually to ensure that all designs meet Feinmann Inc.'s standard of high aesthetic value leading to cherished outcomes for our clients.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure that designs are executed seamlessly.
• Provide ongoing client support throughout the design and build phases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of practical experience leading luxury residential designs, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Architectural registration is preferred but not required
• Demonstrate mastery in hand-sketching and rendering
• Proficiency in technical detailing for residential design
• Ability to self-motivate and work well under deadlines
• Demonstrate strong commitment to quality
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, vendors, and production staff
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.

Compensation:

• Full-time position
• Competitive salary at $110,000 to $120,000 based on experience.
