Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings. The Architect will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Develop architectural designs and concepts that meet client requirements while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
• Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to discuss project needs, goals, and specifications. Provide updates and ensure that the project aligns with their vision.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Site Analysis: Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for design development.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design and construction issues during the project lifecycle.
• Sustainability: Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices where possible.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage.
• Strong creative, visual, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
