Role Summary
In the above context, the RSMrole is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Agency team and Tie Ups& primarily grow the business with profits.
Also liaising with Operations & Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims,Finance,legal, Business Intelligence, marketing & Human Resource teams for the process. Ensuring that we deliver best of our services to client as well as to agency.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
Responsible for Achieving the number of Motor Rate Insurance
- Drive the number with the team
- Channel Relationship.
- Keep your product at par
Responsible for Maintaining Combined Ratio
- Be Vigilant in Loss making flew and production
- Control commission and expense Ratio
- Do profitable business

- Do follow up on renewals with channel partners
- Provide support in check picking and other service related to retention
