Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Art Director to lead the design and visual execution of brand campaigns across multiple platforms and mediums. This role requires a strong creative leader who can balance hands-on design work with strategic team leadership, and consistently deliver innovative and effective visual communications for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Creative Leadership:
o Lead a team of designers across 8 digital and offline platforms for 6 unique brands.
o Oversee 8 hub campaigns with primary involvement in guiding visual direction and execution.
o Contribute significantly to 3 hero campaigns as a key member of the creative copy-design team.
· Design & Software Proficiency:
o Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InVideo.
o Manage design output across 7 mediums ensuring quality and brand consistency.
· Project & Campaign Management:
o Drive 3 major pitches annually, managing timelines and deliverables.
o Maintain creative oversight and be the primary escalation point for hygiene tasks and routine deliverables.
· Team Development & Supervision:
o Mentor and supervise a team of 4 juniors, 1 junior visualizer, and 4 interns.
o Conduct regular feedback sessions and ensure team learning by following 7 creative profiles and sharing insights 24 times/year.
· Collaboration & Communication:
o Collaborate cross-functionally to support 5 service offerings with impactful visual communication.
o Participate in and contribute to 12 presentations annually: client meetings, townhalls, and internal brainstorming.
· Learning & Thought Leadership:
o Attend 6 workshops a year to stay updated with industry trends and tools.
o Drive thought leadership by contributing to 15 case studies annually, showcasing campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Attributes:
· Exceptional visual storytelling and brand design skills
· Strong knowledge of multi-platform campaign execution
· Ability to balance hands-on design with team leadership
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
· Proactive approach to problem-solving and escalation management
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
· Portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and leadership on brand campaigns.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
