Senior Asset Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director – Asset Management & Compliance to lead the end-to-end management of institutional real estate assets within an Asset Management Company (AMC) in Dubai.

This is an important role covering asset performance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and value enhancement, working closely with fund teams, consultants, service providers, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and facility management across assets
• Monitor asset performance KPIs (occupancy, tenant satisfaction, lifecycle planning)
• Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, upgrades, and divestments
• Manage vendors, consultants, contracts, and SLAs
• Ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, DM, Civil Defence , and other UAE authorities
• Drive OPEX & CAPEX control, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Support investor and asset-level reporting

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Fund Management, Finance, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations
• Act as a key liaison with regulators, consultants, and strategic partners

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and AMC operations
• Technical understanding of FM, property systems, and CAPEX planning
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
• 5–7 years’ experience in asset management / property operations within the UAE
• Experience with institutional real estate funds or platforms preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
• MBA or professional certifications (RICS, PMP, FM) preferred
