To get a clear understanding of customers’ requirements for orders related to closed-cell foam and enter SO into the SAP system timely and accurately.
Track consumers and find leads for developing business for closed-cell foam.
Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, and determine market gap for new products.
Inform Production department regarding sales orders in hand and work closely with departments such as Production and R&D for fulfilling customer’s demand for closed-cell foam.
Dealing, negotiating, and closing deals, and also maintaining relationships with customers.
To have a proper follow-up on upcoming demands of foam customers.
Also representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Entertain customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain proper records.
Following up on the recovery of payments from foam customers.
Act as MR (Management Representative) for ISO 9001:2015 related work.
Skills & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing or MBA.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, sales operations, B2B sales and customer services.
