Senior Assistant Manager – Supply Chain - Amazon Operations & Shipment Coordinator (US & Canada)

Job Description:

  • Create and manage Amazon shipments, including multi-split shipments (up to 5 splits), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate closely with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure shipments are dispatched on time and in full.
  • Ensure full compliance with Amazon shipment policies, including labeling, documentation, and FBA requirements.
  • Monitor shipment execution and proactively resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and share weekly shipment performance reports with management, highlighting KPIs, risks, and action plans.
  • Handle Amazon operations for US and Canada regions, ensuring region-specific compliance and smooth execution.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and Amazon Support teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvements to enhance shipment accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Support management with data analysis, root cause investigations, and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations
  • Strong command of Amazon shipment processes (FBA), documentation, and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
