Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives & Leadership Support

Partner with senior leadership in the
execution of key strategic projects
.

Track project milestones, identify risks, and recommend corrective measures.

Prepare high-quality
executive presentations, status reports, and dashboards
.
2. Group Reporting & Executive Coordination
-
Consolidate and prepare
group-level reports
aligned with leadership expectations.
-
Track and analyze
OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures)
and KPIs.
-
Ensure timely, accurate reporting and maintain alignment across functions.
-
Act as a
liaison between the CEO Office and business units
to drive alignment.
3. Process Optimization & Efficiency
-
Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes.
-
Monitor effectiveness of changes and gather feedback from stakeholders.
-
Recommend and institutionalize best practices for reporting and workflows.
4. Special Projects & CEO Office Support
-
Lead or contribute to
cross-functional initiatives
at the CEO’s direction.
-
Provide
research, data analysis, and executive briefings
for decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Consulting-related field
.

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience
-
6–8 years
of relevant experience in
management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
.

Strong exposure to
executive reporting, board-level presentations, and stakeholder engagement
.

Demonstrated ability to work directly with
C-Suite and senior management
.

(PowerPoint & Excel proficiency is mandatory).
