Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer at Sakar Law Firm, located in Istanbul. The Senior Lawyer will handle day-to-day tasks including contract drafting, contract negotiations, conducting in-depth legal research, providing legal advice, notification letters, managing litigation and dispute resolution matters and also specifically worked on employment law matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• Specialized expertise in contracts, litigation, dispute resolution, employment law matters.
• Strong ability to manage complex cases independently and strategically
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and develop client-focused solutions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with both local and international clients
• High proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
