Senior Legal Consultant | Senior Associate

Full time | Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join our legal team in Riyadh. This role plays a key part in supporting corporate and investment matters, delivering high level legal advisory services, and managing complex legal files with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing legal advice on corporate matters and corporate compliance

- Advising on regulatory compliance for foreign investment companies and legal structuring

- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements

- Direct coordination with clients and management of legal files

- Working with internal teams and external parties as required by the matter

- Conducting legal research and delivering well grounded legal opinions and specialized advisory support

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of relevant legal experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field

- Prior experience within a law firm or an in house legal team

- Professional level English proficiency in legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory work

- Preference for candidates with CEFR level C2 or equivalent

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
