Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong, comprehensive knowledge of legal drafting, research, and case handling. The candidate should be capable of managing matters independently, supporting senior lawyers, and handling both litigation and advisory work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting & Documentation:

Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, Pleadings, plaints, written statements, affidavits, Legal notices, replies, applications, petitions.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all legal drafting.

2. Litigation & Court Work:

Handle matters independently before High Courts and Supreme Courts and other forums. Conduct legal research and case analysis. Coordinate with senior counsel when required.

3. Advisory & Compliance:

Provide legal opinions and advisory services to clients. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Client Handling:

Interact directly with clients and understand their legal requirements. Provide clear, practical, and strategic legal solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient drafting and legal research abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office, legal databases, and online research tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate law, litigation, banking, or intellectual property law is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and adapting to evolving legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
