- Support payslip loading and distribution
- Assist with compensation adjustments and payroll data validation
Benefits Administration
- Coordinate health benefits administration and issue resolution
- Manage employee reimbursements and dependent verification
- Handle retirement and pension plan data entry and audits
Performance Management
- Administer performance review cycles
- Generate and distribute performance reports
Learning Administration
- Support registration and access for learning programs
- Maintain learning portal content and user access
Audit & Compliance
- Fulfill internal and external data audit requests
- Perform regular document management and data purging tasks
- Ensure compliance with data governance and retention policies
Web Services Integration Development
- Investigating the business and technical requirements for the Workday web services

Performs Workday implementation tasks, Develops and conducts data integrity audits on PeopleSoft data for Workday implementation

Knowledge of localization and legislative requirements in various countries
- Act as a point of contact for the project / client for delivery of Workday Integrations

Plan, lead and execute Workday implementations including leading global project teams

Workday report development, testing and validation

Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM Financials solution

Participating in Global Workday Deployments

Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solution

Application Testing
- Must be able to assist clients with the testing of the Workday solution and the corresponding integrations

Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICOF.

Data Transformation: Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, and SOAP/REST APIs.

Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules.
Experience:

8+ years of experience with Workday Financial Management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
