Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end B2B collections processes to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.

Analyze and monitor DSO metrics, driving continuous improvement through effective collections strategies

Execute and optimize collections strategies in alignment with organizational objectives

Lead dispute management activities, partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.

Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting within SAP ERP

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience- 2 to 5 yrs

Proficiency in SAP ERP

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education Requirement:

Bachelor of Commerce ( B.Com ) or Finance Graduate only

Shift Details:

US Shift: Night shift -6:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM / 4:30 AM
