ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about markets, liquidity, and building investment capability in a fast-moving financial landscape?

We’re looking for a driven Associate / Senior Associate to join our Treasury & Capital Markets team and take ownership of key work across liquidity strategy, capital markets execution, and alternative investments .

You’ll work at the intersection of risk, return, and funding — supporting decision-making that directly shapes how the institution manages its balance sheet and invests for the long term.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity and commercial awareness.

You have:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Typically, 5-10+ years in Treasury, Markets, Banking, or Investments
• Exposure to alternative investments or derivatives (nice to have)
• High comfort with data, modelling, and market systems (Excel, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Clear communication and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
• CFA/FRM progress is a plus, but genuine interest and ability matter more
