Senior Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials when necessary.
• Draft and analyze pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda with precision and efficiency.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and practical advice to clients and insurance carriers with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys, contributing to a collegial and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, or personal injury.
• Proven skills in depositions, hearings, and courtroom advocacy.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration across the firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
