Senior Associate - Buy

Sr. Associate - Buy is responsible for accurate and efficient procurement of goods and services through timely conversion of purchase requisitions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies. This role also involves resolving queries, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and pursuing personal development in procurement operations.

We are looking for qualified French resource.

What would you be responsible for:

• Timely and accurate conversion of purchase requisitions:

o Perform transactional buying activities, including conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders, order processing, and order tracking, to ensure accuracy and timely procurement

o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities accordingly

o Timely and accurately respond to queries related to buy processes

• Adherence to policy and guidelines:

o Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and industry best practices to make informed buying decisions

o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

• Professional Development:

o Take responsibility for personal growth and development in the field, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in transactional buying or procurement operations
• Proficiency with accounting software and systems for buy, with knowledge of relevant modules and functionalities
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices.
