Senior Account Executive – Client Engagement
We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Executive to lead client relationships and drive creative excellence across key brand engagements. This role blends client partnership, strategic oversight, and operational leadership to ensure that every initiative aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, guiding their strategic and creative direction.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a valued advisor across marketing, sales, and operations.
Lead client conversations with confidence, clarity, and empathy—even in challenging scenarios.
Creative & Operational Excellence
Oversee the development and delivery of creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns and drive engagement.
Review and refine creative outputs to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
Support the development of strategic briefs and ensure client alignment throughout the process.
Project & Financial Management
Monitor account health, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Review scopes of work, estimates, and financial trackers to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Partner with project managers to meet revenue goals and optimize team performance.
Team Collaboration & Growth
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Contribute to brand planning and campaign development alongside strategy and creative leads.
Encourage live collaboration and proactive communication to enhance client experience.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Expertise
5–7 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or brand strategy—preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of brand development, creative processes, and integrated marketing.
