We’re looking for someone who can blend quantitative output with a strong subjective filter to create actionable insights, with dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively drive change - all at a breakneck pace.

Support the development and communication of content strategy internally and externally, using data to drive key business decisions and optimize the Film portfolio.

Build, own, and evolve complex financial models to support deal negotiations, portfolio planning, and ongoing efficiency tracking across key performance metrics.

Contribute to strategic relationships with content partners and support the negotiation of complex licensing deals.

Manage all aspects of deal execution, including contract drafting and ongoing deal management in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Scheduling, Finance, Operations, Product, and Legal stakeholders.

Complete long-term and ad-hoc projects, including competitive analysis, to support Film strategy and the overall Hulu programming slate.

Track Film projects for potential licensing opportunities and provide written feedback on finished Films and scripts.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience at a major media company, top-tier consulting firm, or investment bank.

Strong interest in and/or experience with Film content across traditional and emerging media, with a keen understanding of industry trends and the ‘why’ behind it all.

Advanced, “Graduate-level” proficiency in quantitative analysis, Excel, and building durable financial models that serve as ongoing decision-making tools.

Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated track-record of presenting insights and influencing decision-making for relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Exceptional attention to detail and process management.

Strong business judgment and proven strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

This role is based in the Santa Monica office 4 days a week from Monday through Thursday and flexibility to work from home on Friday.
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, California is $105,100.00 - $140,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
