Senior Associate Corporate

Montresor is instructed on an exciting and unique opportunity for a senior corporate lawyer with 5-7 years’ PQE to join a newly launched office of a US firm in the UAE. There are excellent progression prospects on offer.

The new hire will advise private equity houses, corporates, and sovereign wealth funds on complex, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and investments.

Business development is a key as this position will be integral to growing the practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the region and be at a leading Magic/Silver Circle or US firm.

Either an M&A and/or a PE skillset will be useful.
