The Team

A&M Turkey is actively scaling up and we are looking for best-in-class professionals with prior experience in consulting and industry to join our growing team. Who are keen to work on exciting assignments and deliver exceptional results for top corporate clients, private equity firms and private business owners.

The role

We are expanding and we are seeking a talented, Turkish speaking, experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Finance and Advisory team. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions across M&A, fundraising and strategic advisory assignments, working closely with colleagues and clients from our offices across Central Asia, the Gulf, Europe, and beyond. Our team leads high-impact projects in a wide range of industries, advising both healthy and distressed businesses through transformative situations.


How you will contribute

  • Distill analysis from information and identify second order implications

  • Systematically break down a problem into focus areas

  • Prepare marketing materials for the client company including teasers, executive summaries, information memorandums, and management presentations with limited guidance from seniors

  • Build complex financial models and perform transaction and valuation analyses

  • Identify and conduct research on potential buyers/investors (and targets on buy-side transactions)

  • Run the process of preparing information for setting up and managing the data room

  • Communicate directly with clients, potential buyers/investors and other advisors

  • Manage the junior team on the project to deliver quality outputs within deadlines

Qualifications

  • A top-tier university graduate with 5-7 years of experience in M&A, investment banking or private equity

  • Hands-on experience in all stages of closed transactions, from pitch to closing

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish and in AI prompting

  • A pleasant and fun team player by character, having integrity, maturity, and strong work ethics
