Job Title: Senior Associate Developer - Tableau Developer

Education: BE\B.Tech or equivalent

Experience: 5+years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing, developing, and managing interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using the Tableau platform to support strategic decision-making within organizations.
Integrating, managing, and preparing data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Optimizing dashboard performance and managing Tableau Server/Online environments, including user permissions and data security.
Conducting unit testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality and usability of dashboards and underlying data models.
Providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize the value and adoption of Tableau solutions.
Solid understanding of SQL, databases (relational and multidimensional), and data modeling concepts.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep; strong Excel skills are also beneficial.
Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and handling large datasets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Familiarity with data security, governance policies, and Tableau licensing is considered an advantage.
