This is a supportive role to the Business Conduct Leader (BCL) for those individuals who manage and/or support processes, practices and performance within an Ethics and Business Conduct function.

In this role, you will support the Business Conduct Leader (BCL) and BCL team to help manage the Ethics and Business Conduct function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development & Implementation: Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring innovative practices and controls across core regulatory areas focused on ethics and business conduct.
  • Communication & Education: Oversee efforts to enhance awareness and understanding of ethical decision-making and the PwC Code of Conduct through strategic communication and educational activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze periodic performance data to identify trends and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance Support: Play a pivotal role as an Assistant Assessor in the annual Ethics and Business Conduct Network Standard compliance process.

Investigation Responsibilities:

  • Complaint Management: Maintain a comprehensive log of ethics complaints and investigations, capturing all necessary details diligently in the Ethics Management System.
  • Investigation Leadership: Conduct thorough investigations for ethics complaints, gathering relevant information and evidence to ensure unbiased and fair resolutions.
  • Interview Conduct: Facilitate interviews with key stakeholders, witnesses, and relevant parties to collect accurate and complete information, ensuring confidentiality and respect.
  • Report Drafting: Prepare detailed investigation reports, summarize findings, and present them to senior members of the BCL team for review, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Case Closure: Work collaboratively with the BCL team to conclude the investigations and suggest recommendations. Based on the investigation outcomes, implement the required action points for case closure.

Education and Experience:

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Hold an LLB degree
  • 3 or more years of relevant Legal / Ethics and / or Compliance experience
  • Possess strong written and communication skills
  • Are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment with a focus on ethical standards and business conduct
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
