Senior Associate - Graphic Design

Job Purpose

To lead and deliver high-quality graphic design and presentation materials for the Design & Masterplanning team, ensuring clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visual communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and produce executive-level presentations, reports, boards, and visual materials for design and masterplanning projects.
• Translate technical content into structured, visually engaging formats suitable for senior management, clients, and partners.
• Create infographics, diagrams, layouts, and visual storytelling tools to support project narratives.
• Ensure all outputs comply with Aldar brand guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, development to consolidate and structure content.
• Manage multiple submissions and tight deadlines with high attention to detail and quality control.
• Maintain and enhance presentation templates, graphic systems, and visual libraries for the Design team.

Technical And Interpersonal Skills

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within real estate, architecture, urban design, or consultancy environments.
• Demonstrated experience preparing senior management and client-facing presentations.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
• Strong layout, typography, and information hierarchy skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear visual narratives.
