1.Position summary: As a Senior DBA & Data Engineer in the GTM Analytics team, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining robust data infrastructure that powers insights across marketing, sales, and industry verticals. You will design scalable data pipelines, ensure data integrity and security, and support advanced analytics initiatives. This role demands deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric, and hands on experience with Snowflake, along with strong collaboration skills to support cross-functional stakeholders.
1. Duties and responsibilities:
a.Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Logic Apps
b.Integrate data sources such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics into enterprise platforms
c. Optimize Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric environments for performance and cost-efficiency
d.Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data
e. Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across platforms
f. Implement robust data security protocols, access controls, and backup strategies
g.Monitor and tune database performance, indexing, and storage utilization
h.Support Power BI developers with optimized data models and DAX-ready datasets
i. Enable advanced reporting and analytics through well-structured data warehouses
j. Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver insights on GTM performance metrics
k. Facilitate seamless data exchange between CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
l. Maintain documentation for data lineage, schema evolution, and audit trails
m.utomate routine DBA tasks and data workflows to improve operational efficiency
n.Support AI-driven analytics initiatives including lead scoring and predictive modeling
o.Partner with internal teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutions
p.Provide technical guidance and support to analytics and business teams
q.Stay current with emerging database technologies and cloud innovations
r.Contribute to the evolution of GTM analytics infrastructure and best practices
1. Qualifications and requirements:
a. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics (preferably in professional services or B2B environments)
b. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps)
c. Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
d. Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation
e. Experience with Power BI data modeling and performance optimization
f. Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
g. Understanding of GTM strategies and data-driven decision-making
h. Ability to align database solutions with business goals
i. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
j. Excellent communication and documentation skills
k. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
l. Preferred certifications
i. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
ii. Snowflake or Power BI certifications are a plus
