Senior Healthcare HR Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions within the healthcare organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, licensing coordination, and workforce planning. The role ensures effective HR operations while supporting organizational goals and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate healthcare professional licensing and renewals with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Monitor expiry dates of licenses, certifications, visas, and mandatory documents.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate KPI setting, performance appraisals, and employee evaluations.
- Monitor employee performance improvement plans.
- Assist managers in developing employee growth and succession plans.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and workforce utilization.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment and licensing processes.
- Experience managing clinical and non-clinical workforce requirements.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements.
