Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new employees, including offer documentation, joining formalities, system access, induction coordination, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
Manage employee attendance, shift allocations, overtime (OT), comp-offs, and leave processes, ensuring accurate tracking, approvals, and timely updates in the HRMS.
Plan, allocate, and maintain employee work shifts in coordination with business and operations teams, ensuring compliance with policy and operational requirements.
Act as the front-facing representative for statutory and regulatory audits, maintaining all required documentation, registers, reports, and compliance records.
Maintain and regularly update employee records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
Assist and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in executing HR programs, employee lifecycle activities, policy rollouts, and people initiatives.
Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to HR operations, attendance, shifts, payroll inputs, benefits, policies, and HR systems, providing timely and effective support.
Independently manage the implementation, administration, and optimization of HR tools and systems, ensuring effective utilization and adoption.
Manage HR platforms and vendor coordination, including renewals, contracts, invoices, and payment tracking.
Support offboarding processes, including exit documentation, clearances, and system updates.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR MIS reports and dashboards related to onboarding, attendance, shifts, OT, comp-offs, attrition, and compliance to support data-driven decision-making.
Share periodic MIS dashboards with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.
Hands-on experience with industry-leading HRMS tools, reporting, and data management.
Prior experience in managing shift allocation, attendance, OT, comp-offs, and MIS dashboards will be a strong advantage.
